Necar Zadegan is a German actress who was born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She holds German citizenship but later obtained American nationality. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the part of the The First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action show.
